Unique to the Grayshott Health regime is a network of specialists that have devised the process and whose purpose is to give emotional support and advice during and after the programme.

Elaine Williams

Elaine created the Department of Natural Therapies 20 years ago making Grayshott the market leader. Grayshott became the first spa to introduce natural therapy treatments in the form that they are practiced today.

Elaine currently practises acupuncture, cranial osteopathy and naturopathy at the spa. She also lectures on health related topics.

Nutrition and gut health are also a passion and Elaine co-created The Grayshott Gut-Health programme with colleague Stephanie Moore. The programme forms an integral part of her practice.

 

Stephanie Moore
Clinical Nutritionist, Weight & Health Coach, Eating Disorder Counsellor

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stephanie is a certified nutritional therapist with a degree in Nutritional Medicine. She has a Masters degree in psychotherapy and counselling and belongs to several professional bodies, including the Royal Society of Medicine.

Stephanie has a particular interest in the role of gut bacteria on physical and mental well-being with further specialisms in the psychological and physical barriers to weight loss; adrenal fatigue; stress management and digestive disorders.

Stephanie was recently voted by Vogue magazine as one of the top 10 new face of Wellness has also written a very successful book called ‘Why Eating Less & Exercising More Makes You Fat’.

 

Adam Palmer
Executive Chef

Adam Palmer is Consultant-Executive Chef at Grayshott Spa, where he has worked with Elaine Williams and Stephanie Moore to create the Grayshott Health Regime. A classically trained chef, Adam has worked at many of the world’s top restaurants and has extensive experience in creating recipes for leading spas. He has developed healthy food products for many major food retailers in the UK and has contributed to many national newspapers and magazines, as well has having written several books himself.

Ravi worked for Fitness International as Programme Director moving to Malaysia to work for the Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation setting up and managing leisure complexes, sports clubs and activities. For nearly 20 years he has been Head of Fitness at Grayshott.
