Skincare Pre & Post Run

It's important to have a daily skin routine in place, especially if you are an active person. Here are some quick tips for runners and taking care of your skin


Before going out ensure that an SPF is applied as even on cloudy days the skin-damaging rays can still get through.

For use during a run, an oil free sunscreen would be best as this will not add to any shine or oiliness as you get hotter.

Post run try to cleanse as soon as possible to prevent any bacteria produced through perspiration spreading as this could result in blemishes.

Remember to hydrate inside and out by drinking plenty of water, as this will reflect in your skin and by using a light moisturiser after cleansing.
