Responsibilities:

  • Consistently performing all spa treatments as per product and spa training
  • Providing exceptional, memorable guest service at all times
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and health and safety of the work place
  • Up-selling spa treatments and products
  • Carrying out Spa reception duties as required
  • Assist with demonstrations as and when required

Registered Nurse

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team - a great position for a Band 6 healthcare professional with an interest in nutritional wellbeing.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering great customer service and memorable treatments, a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and smile under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out all treatments to the required standard and as booked by Medical administration
  • Support our Dr. and medical team with treatments for our guests
  • Support our medical team with courses of treatment from our Dr - venepuncture and cannula experience is essential
  • To work within the time guidelines of each treatment, ensuring that the highest standard of client care is practised
  • Current enhanced DBS - you can apply with us if you do not have one subscribed to the updated system
  • Identification passport / visa / driving licence / birth certificate / N.I number
  • Immunisation reports - if you cannot prove this we have a fully trained phlebotomist within our company
  • To adhere to the principles of clinical governance and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to assist in providing the most efficient and effective level of service
  • To behave in a discreet and confidential manner
  • To ensure knowledge of available treatments to enable appropriate treatments in accordance to their health needs
  • To behave in a professional manner at all times adhering to NMC code of conduct, ensuring the highest client care is given out at all times
  • Individuals responsibility to ensure they are up to date with their NMC registration requirements
  • To ensure that high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to in the treatment rooms and grooming lounge at all times
  • To adhere you comply with the infection control protocol
  • To make sure that company policy and the vision are followed at all times
  • To be fully aware of the hotel's fire safety procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • To attend mandatory training and any other training required for the job role.
  • NMC registration to be valid
