About Fitness Assessment

Your fitness assessment consists of two parts. The Body Composition Analysis test determines your lean body mass and percentages of fat, bone and muscle, a far better indication than weight alone. We also measure your blood pressure and resting heart rate followed by an assessment of your muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. Having pinpointed the areas that need extra attention, we recommend you book a personal training session to kickstart your programme. It may be appropriate to have a dietary consultation to consolidate this plan.
