Tennis at Grayshott Spa is all about providing quality service with a personal touch. Players leaving each session should feel, in true Grayshott spirit, inspired and invigorated. Tennis sessions are all geared to enable players to progress in all areas of the game - technical, tactical, physical, mental and emotional.

Tennis is a fun and challenging way of exercising and there are several ways you can get involved.
Guests can:
- book courts and borrow equipment at no extra cost
- play in our social mix-ins
- join the box league competitions
- undertake one to one or group coaching
- use our ball machine
We are very adaptable and will tailor a programme to suit your needs, either by finding you suitable practice partners or arranging group coaching sessions for you and your friends.
Private Tennis Lessons
Coaching at Grayshott, by our resident Tennis Professional is available for all standards of players. Technique based lessons are accompanied by tactical sessions to improve match play.

Standards Guide
- Beginner: Limited Tennis Experience
- Improver: Starting to understand the concepts of the game
- Low Intermediate: Can serve, return serve and rally at a medium pace
- Intermediate: Copes well at a medium pace with all aspects of their game
- High Intermediate: Copes with a higher pace in most areas of their game
- Club: Copes with high pace and heavy spin in most areas of their game
- Advanced: Experienced competition player
- Tour: Played competitive tennis to a high standard
2 Night Tennis Break
The Two Night Tennis Break consists of three hours of personal tennis coaching spent with our tennis pro within the two nights.
