Our fitness team, led by a former Olympian, encourages guests to participate in the daily programme of exercise and relaxation classes, which includes Yoga, Pilates and walks in the grounds and National Trust land. Those who live locally can join Grayshott as a Club Member and enjoy the extensive health and fitness facilities all year round.

Our dynamic fitness team will make recommendations and devise programmes to suit your needs during your stay and to continue after you leave.

We recommend that you book a Body Composition Analysis test to determine your lean body mass and fat percentage, followed by an assessment of your muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness.

Having pinpointed the areas needing extra attention, we recommend you book a Personal Training session to kick-start your programme.

There is also a programme of daily exercise classes. 

Leisure

We have indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a par 3, 9-hole golf course.

Our Cinema has twice daily film shows and live sporting events relayed, as well as being the venue for daily talks on subjects such as natural therapies, cooking and stress management.
