Grayshott’s Executive Chef and Dietician have worked together to create delicious menus within the parameters of healthy eating and balanced nutrition. Our aim is to provide outstanding cuisine, whilst ensuring that guests wishing to lose weight do so!

Spa Cuisine

At Grayshott, we take our food every bit as seriously as relaxation and exercise. Gone are the days when a 'spa diet' involved fasting or bland food. At Grayshott you can benefit from a carefully balanced diet while still enjoying delicious cuisine.

We offer two menu options: ‘Healthy Eating’ for those wanting a healthy, balanced meal or ‘Light Diet’ for those seeking to lose weight.

Key to our policy is portion control, with the ‘Grayshott Healthy Eating Plate’, and our Bento box, identifying the amounts of different food types recommended in order to maintain a healthy diet.

Nutrition

Whilst staying at Grayshott you can book a dietary consultation with one of our dieticians who will create a dietary plan for you to use and take home.

We also offer a Food Intolerance and Vitamin/Mineral Analysis to screen the body for food sensitivities and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Dining at Grayshott

The Dining Room serves a varied Healthy Eating buffet at breakfast and lunch.

The Conservatory serves the Light Diet menu at lunch.

In the evening, guests have an à la carte menu in the Dining Room.

Dining Information

  • Dining Room – buffet for breakfast and lunch,  à la carte for dinner 
  • Conservatory Restaurant – Light Diet menu at lunch
  • Bubbles Bar – coffee, juices and wine
     

Meals are served at the following times:

  • Breakfast 7:30 am to 10:00 am
  • Lunch 12.00 to 2.30pm
  • Dinner 6.30pm to 9.00pm
