Grayshott Spa has teamed up with sleep specialist, Tej Samani to offer a 4 night/5 day all inclusive retreat designed to help those who struggle with sleep deprivation or have sleeping difficulties such as insomnia, inconsistent sleeping patterns, jetlag, stress, disturbed sleep patterns during pregnancy or any general difficulties in being able to relax and “switch off”.
4 night programme dates in 2012:

Recognised as one of the Top 5 global practitioners in the science of neuro-stratology, Tej’s unique approach, refined through years of research, work and development, has developed in to one clear and proven process helping to make sleepless nights a thing of the past.

The Deep Sleep Retreat includes both one-to-one and group consultations with Tej, relaxation and gentle exercise classes, as well as supportive spa treatments, designed for true rest and relaxation. From your initial private consultation, where a detailed health assessment will be taken, and a 24 hour monitor fitted for you to wear at home, Tej will guide you through the analysis and treatment specific to your results and individual needs.
A fully informative and educational retreat, Tej will address many aspects including sleep patterns, control of sleep, ability to fall asleep, balancing your autonomic nervous system, the science behind relaxation (and how to combat stress) and power napping to maximize your efficiency and vitality.
Each guest will receive a support plan to help stay on track.
The 4 night retreat includes:
- Pre-arrival questionnaire
- 1 private consultation with Tej 7 - 10 days prior to the Retreat (either in London or at Grayshott Spa)
- 2 x further private consultations during the retreat
- 3 x Group Consultations
- 1 x Blissful Slumber Massage or Holistic Therapy
- 1 x Reiki
- Daily group walks and exercise classes
- Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates classes
- Summary and personal support plan
- 1 x Alpha Sleep Pod™ - the most innovative aid to sleep
