Weight Management
This programme looks at weight loss from a truly holistic standpoint, designed with a view to improving your overall physical, mental and emotional balance. One of the basic aims is to clearly understand the reason for your present physical condition discovering the underlying cause, and then to enhance the circulation of energy in the body and maximise the function of the relative organs and systems, which is an extremely effective approach to restoring health and wellbeing on every level.
It is of particular importance, when working on losing weight and improving one's overall appearance, that areas and exercises requiring special emphasis, can be decided by each person and are tailored to your personal needs.
Guests will be on a light diet regime for the duration of their stay.
Sue Woodd, the leader of the course, has been working in the field of Complementary Medicine and Health for the past 20 years. She is a registered trainer with the Shiatsu Society and T'ai Chi Union, teaches for the European School of Tai Chi Ch'uan, is a graduate of the College of Cranial Sacral Therapy and a teacher affiliated with Yoga Alliance. As an International Master Trainer, she now teaches and lectures across the world.
