To help you gain the most from your stay we have a daily exercise programme graded by fitness. Our Fitness Team is led by Ravi, a former Olympian.
The programmes are designed to work for you during your stay and continue when you leave. We recommend that you book a Body-Composition-Analysis test which determines your lean body mass and fat percentage followed by assessing your muscular strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. Having pinpointed the areas that need extra attention, we recommend that you book a Personal Training session to kick-start your programme.
Our newest piece of equipment is the Power Plate next generation, which has caused a revolution in the wellness, beauty and anti-aging industry. The vibrating platform improves bone density, stimulates circulation and reinforces deep lying mucles. It can be used under supervison, by anyone, whether they are top athletes, untrained, elderly or overweight. It can be booked as part of a Personal Training Session.
