Grayshott has teamed up with Amanda Hamilton, a leading UK nutritionist, broadcaster and best-selling author. Her success at helping clients lose weight, improve health, boost immunity and fight ageing has been documented by the BBC, GMTV (where she is the resident nutrition expert) and UKTV.

This 5 night intensive detox process involves juice fasting and colon cleansing for incredible results, education, one-to-one time with Amanda and her team and supportive spa treatments.

This programme is suitable for:

This supervised programme is ideal for guests wanting to achieve maximum body change in the minimum amount of time - whether it is in the form of weight loss or improvement in chronic conditions such as digestive complaints or skin problems. It is also an excellent opportunity to take a 'timeout', let go of unwanted habits and rejuvenate physically, mentally and emotionally.

Guests will go through a pre-screening questionnaire to ensure their readiness for the programme and will also be sent a Pre-Cleanse pack with advice on how to prepare for the programme.

Your core programme includes:

• Skin brush and Welcome pack on arrival
• Food intolerance screening and vitamin/mineral analysis
• Reflexology
• Lymphatic Stimulation Massage
• Micronized Marine Algae Body Wrap
• Hydro Marine Bath (25 mins)
• One session of yoga, t'ai chi or pilates
• All juices, supplements and meals from dinner on arrival until lunch on day of departure
• Two sessions a day with Amanda and her team - a daily update on your detox experience and a specific detox educational talk around how to boost the function of the liver and digestive system and other body focussed issues to help keep your system running optimally.
