Therapists
We are currently recruiting for full-time NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) Beauty Therapists, as well as weekend and call-in Beauty/ Massage/ Holistic Therapists.
We are looking for people who are well presented, demonstrate a high standard of treatments and are conscientious about their customer care.
Hall Porter
We are looking for a casual Hall Porter to work weekends and provide holiday cover.
A courteous manner, together with good presentation, is essential in order to maintain the high standard of guest liaison. Full training will be given and uniform provided.
Receptionist
We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic person to join our Reception team. Outstanding guest liaison skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner and confident computer skills are essential for the position. Reporting to the Head Receptionist, your duties will be to meet and greet our guests, anticipating their needs and meeting their expectations.
As Grayshott is a 7-day a week business, you will be expected to work on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
Spa Scheduling Agent
We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic person to join our Spa Scheduling Team in what is a demanding and highly rewarding position.Reporting to the Spa Director, your duties will be to assist guests in the booking of their treatments at all stages of their reservation and stay.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding guest liaison skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner and confident computer skills. You will need to demonstrate your ability to use initiative, be adept in problem solving, be able to work in a busy environment and to multi-task. Treatment knowledge would be advantageous
As Grayshott is a 7-day a week business, you will be expected to work on a 7-day rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
