It won't be long before our thoughts turn to swimming costumes and strappy dresses, so there is no time to lose in tackling those areas we have neglected and covered up over winter.  Here are my suggestions on rejuvenating your skin and preparing for the seasons ahead:

Face

Start using daily sun protection. Exfoliate once or twice a week to brighten your skin and help it absorb moisturiser.  For a really deep cleanse consider having a Hydradermie Facial, which leaves the skin balanced and glowing, resulting in an improvement in hydration and fine lines.

Make Up Bag

Clean out your make up bag, throwing out any old make up (which harbours bacteria) and wash in soapy water.

Body

Prepare for short sleeved tops, skirts and shorts.  Exfoliate your body twice a week or body brush daily with a skin brush (brushing towards the heart) and use a moisturiser daily.  Rose is one of the best oils for hydrating and nourishing the skin and is renowned for anti-aging.
